![]() ![]() I bought this book over a year ago when it went on sale on Amazon, but then promptly forgot about it because it wasn’t exactly a priority on the TBR. While I was writing the reviews I realized that I had a great deal of thoughts about this “duet”, what it gave me and on which fronts instead it didn’t deliver - even more than what I eventually put in the final version of the reviews - so if you read them, leave a comment letting me know what you thought of them because I’m really curious. The entire series has about 6 books to date, but I am quite sure that the from book 3 on, different characters are featured, so today I focused only on Killing Sarai and Reviving Izabel, which are Victor and Sarai’s story. ![]() ![]() Hello guys, it’s been such a long time since I have posted a review that wasn’t an ARC’s but lately I’ve been reading more and I decided I wanted to share with you my thoughts on these two books by J.A. ![]()

Review: King’s Conquest is a classic fantasy story that will have you thinking about it long after you’ve finished reading the book. It has been considerably expanded, revised and re-edited for release with Totally Bound Publishing. Publisher’s Note: This book was previously released at another publisher. But even his king cannot save Rin from those who wish him harm, and their joining might be over before it can fully bloom. Instead he receives affection, yet the more surprising realisation is his willingness of his own heart to return the same. After all to give Merin a child, Rin will risk his own life.Įven going into the marriage headfirst Rin expected nothing more than a business arrangement. But the prince will not lower himself to what he sees as nothing but the title of a whore, so he demands a contract requiring the king to be faithful. The prince must travel to his enemy’s kingdom and share the king’s bed, bearing him a child or the war will continue. In a world where two kingdoms are constantly at war, Prince Rin, heir to the throne of Kari kingdom, has been demanded as a war conquest by King Merinej of Jeda. Blurb: The only way for Prince Rin to save his kingdom is to marry a king and bear a child, but will he survive his fate? ![]() ![]() ![]() Oh, how those rapscallions make me laugh! I've also fallen in love with pigs, which are just dogs with snouts. There's the massive Polar Bear, a 135 pound Hungarian Kuvasz, Radha, the svelte and sleek 90 pound Anatolian Shepherd and her new chew toy, Rupert who is some sort of terrier mix and small enough to walk under her belly.Īs for what my dogs guard, it's my growing herd of Dorper Sheep, a South African breed that (supposedly) doesn’t need to be sheared and gains all their weight on grass alone. (Five chickens in one night–they reached in through the chain link and killed the birds with no expectation of being able to eat them.) They are the reason I keep livestock guardian dogs. Dang those nasty creatures! They kill just because they can think dogs with opposable thumbs. But with livestock came the predators: coyotes, bald eagles, black hawks, mountain lions, and, worst of all, raccoons. ![]() I started with chickens, then there were turkeys and Jersey milk cows. ![]() What can I say? I have long awaited their romance and was thrilled to hear readers wouldn’t have to pine for it any longer. If you’ve been following The Wraith Kings series then you know that this is Serovek and sha-Anhuset’s story. I’m patting myself on the back for this wonderful decision.
